Beyond organizational development, Irma is a Licensed Financial Agent and founder of V1H Consulting, where she equips individuals, families, and small business owners with the tools to build lasting financial security. Her financial literacy work covers retirement planning, savings strategies, wealth-building fundamentals, and small business financial preparedness — delivered through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and bilingual (English/Spanish) educational content designed to close wealth and savings gaps in underserved communities.
